There is growing research that has shown that Peer Support Services contribute to an improved experience and outcomes of people seeking and using behavioral health services. Given recent changes in Part 599 regulations, Mental Health Outpatient Rehabilitative Services (MHOTRS) Providers are now able to provide Peer Support Services across the lifespan in mental health. This webinar in the Lifespan Series will focus on the core competencies and role of Adult Peer Specialists along with qualifications, supervision requirements, and strategies for building a culture that supports the inclusion of Peer Support Services.
