Participants used the PeerTAC Organizational Self-Assessment (OSA) to recognize best practices in this area and to gain supporting knowledge for building peer service capacity and sustainability. Presenters identified and highlighted strength based approaches to support the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes, encouraging peer support program sustainability.
