Participants enhanced their understanding of peer support services by identifying opportunities for the  successful inclusion of peer support services within their organizations. The Presenter highlighted areas for consideration when preparing your organization for the implementation of peer support services, as well as provided information to identify areas for improvement in support of organizational change.
