Starting back in January, PeerTAC offered a six month Learning Collaborative to a select group of MHOTRS clinics explore how to start up or grow Peer Support Services within their organizations. Participating organizations were provided with an opportunity to complete an Organizational Self-Assessment (OSA), hear from a variety of Subject Matter Experts, and network with other Peer Support Service Providers across the state to learn more about actionable
strategies for building and preparing their organizational culture and staff for the successful inclusion of Peer Support Services across the lifespan. This webinar unpacks some of the most frequent and important lessons learned.
