PeerTAC Learning Collaborative Week 1

In this first (kick off) session, we will:

• Review Purpose and Goals of the Learning Collaborative
• Introduce the Resource Team
• Overview Peer Support Services across the lifespan within the clinic environment
• Walk Through the Pilot Organizational Assessment (OSA) and Readiness Tool
• Ask Each Organization to complete the OSA
• Review of Aggregate Reporting
